Manningham Residential Strategy – Draft for Public Exhibition.

The council has offered us this opportunity to make the planning scheme better – but beware – there is also major opportunity for them to make it worse !

GOOD – Action 2.2  Review cul-de- sacs within DD08…

BAD – Action 1.10 Review minimum lot size required for 10/11 meter high buildings, to see whether it should be reduced below 1800 m2.

BAD – Action 1.9 Investigate extending the boundaries of DD08 to cover more areas.

Community information sessions will be held to address the draft Residential Strategy, both for urban or non-urban areas.

For urban areas:
