HIGHEST TEMPERATURES AND LOWEST CARBON DIOXIDE IN THIRTIES

In fact thirty two of the fifty US states had recorded their highest temperature records up to the 1930’s, while during this period Carbon Dioxide levels were about 100 ppm less than what has been recorded today. The US, with the most reliable temperature records in the world, showed that the average temperature in the United States, the Earth’s sixth largest land mass, just ahead of Australia at seventh, had fluctuated around a fairly stable century-long average of 52.5 F.

The United is considered to have one of the most accurate data sets globally, primarily due to its extensive network of weather stations and rigorous quality control measures implemented by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) to ensure data reliability; making it a reliable source for temperature information. Ocean temperatures are generally lower, about one degree Celsius less than land temperatures, because water has a much higher heat capacity than land, meaning it takes more energy to raise the temperature of water, resulting in less temperature fluctuation compared to land masses, oceans tend to stay cooler than land, especially during extreme temperatures.

World’s  Most Accurate  Data  During This Period

1999 Continues Warming Trend Around Globe

NASA and CRU East Anglia had published the 1988 average global temperature at 59.618 F more than seven degrees Fahrenheit warmer than the United States at 52.45 F in the same period.

NOAA has posted an average global temperature of 59.14 F for 2023 compared to the average temperature in US now at 54. 40 F.

It appears that 2023 average US temperature has dropped slightly since 1998 while the global average temperature in 2023 has increased by two degrees Fahrenheit since 1998?

Imagine how more deadly the firestorms of the 1930’s would have been had the higher levels of CO2 today existed then…..

  2. Bonza Wright says:

Don’t forget that the average global temperatures include average sea surface temperatures which are usually regarded at about 2 F less than land readings.

    Yes.
That is why the US land temperatures should be about two degrees warmer than the average global temperatures rather than the other way around. Trump gets all the credit for the unraveling of the climate cult when it was already collapsing years ago.

Trump would be interested as much as anyone because the UN are trying to destroy capitalism but all they are doing is lowering further the standard of living in developing countries by denying them the use of fossil fuels.

NOAA have removed most of their data since the US election and the amended temperature history will not be available till later on this week. There might be a few surprises when they are eventually released.
