The WMO (World Meteorology Organisation) and NOAA had shown no significant global warming in the period between 1993 to 2014, a period that showed exceptionally stable temperatures averaging 14.44 C including the warmest year that was measured at 14.57 C in 1998. This was followed by 11 years of increasing warmth between 2014 and 2024 when temperatures increased from 14.57 C to a dubious 15.31 C an increase of 0.74 C which was equal to a large portion of the earth warming at 1.1 C since 1880.

It was incredible that we would have could have 20 years without any increase in global warming despite a series of world climate conferences and scare campaigns that began in Geneva, Switzerland. Cap and Trade was first introduced for pollution control in the 1990 U.S. Clean Air Act Amendments to manage acid rain Sulfur Dioxide then came the 1997: Kyoto Protocol established international carbon dioxide market. The first major international carbon market was introduced in 2005 with the launch of the EU Emissions Trading System (EU ETS). While the 1997 Kyoto Protocol created the framework for international trading and mechanisms like the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM), formal compliance trading began in the mid-2000’s made more effective with the publicly funded ABC, BBC, CSRIO, IPCC, SBS drumming up the dangers of Global warming. In recent years we were advised to eat insects instead of meat and slaughter our cattle because they exhaled methane a naturally occuring trace gas.

According to the World Meteorological Organization (WMO), 1998 was the warmest year on record at that time, with global surface temperatures 0.58 C above the 1961-1990 of 14 C, which matches the above data provided. This was  slightly above the 2014 temperature some 16 years later!
