With all the Manningham councils push for apartments in these DD08 high density zones, are they actually getting built?

A check of Building Permits issued in 2012 for 10 or more units for properties within precincts A & B of DD08 was recently conducted, there were four. We were unable to ascertain how many were built or in progress from the councils records.

Four (4) properties were issued with building permits in 2012, that were within this criteria.

– 8 George Street, Doncaster East 3109 (10 dwelling apartment building) – permit BA-12/64602 issued 8/12/2012 sub-precinct A

– 282 Manningham Road, Lower Templestowe 3107 (12 apartments/carpark/demolition of existing dwellings) – permit BA-12/63674 issued 27/2/2012. Main road Precinct
– 316 Manningham Road, Doncaster 3108 (16 dwellings & garages) – permit BA-12/64317 issued 10/9/2012. Main Road Precinct

 187-191 Reynolds Road, Doncaster East 3109 (25 unit residential development) – permit BA-12/63605 issued 7/2/2012. A five storey building in D9

Please note that no building permits have been issued under the above criteria so far in 2013.

There appears to be no Council record/s outlining a list/summary which covers all properties within precinct A & B of DD08 completed or currently under construction.
